What happens if I change my mind?

We believe you will not regret your shopping, but if it happens, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery and you will be entitled for a refund. Contact us with a brief explanation, we will arrange a collection by using one of our delivery partners. We will refund you the product’s cost. You will need to pay for the cost of the item to be sent back to us. Any returned products must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

What if the item is faulty or you sent me the wrong one?

Our manufacturers do their best to make sure that the item you bought will be delivered with the same standard advertised on our site. However if there is something you are not convinced about or you received something different, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send us a picture of the issue. We will arrange a collection and you will receive a full refund or a replacement.

It’s extremely important that you inspect the item when it gets delivered. You might be asked to sign a form confirming that it was delivered in a good condition.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you have a change of heart, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of the order. What you need to do is contact us and we will update the order. We will give you a full refund.

How does the refund works?

For security reasons we can issue refunds only to the original payment method you used to place your order.
