Orders will be delivered from the courier appointed by design2taste from Monday to Friday. The user is responsible for the delivery address indicated in the checkout page. The shipping costs include the full risk insurance, the disposal of the packaging and basic installation of the Goods, in particular Light assembly works. Services focus on stand-alone items. Additional services will be quoted and paid for separately. The delivery note issued by the courier will constitute a proof of transport and risks transfer.
Design2taste recommends the client to carry out a check of the delivered product (or products) before signing the delivery note. Whether some anomalies might be noted the customer must refuse the delivery of the product (or products) or write down any reserve, detailed and dated, in the delivery note receipt. These notes must be confirmed to Design2taste by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within three (3) business days from the delivery.
Delivery cost will be calculated accordingly with the item volume, the source address and destination. The delivery time will be roughly 30 days, but please refer to the delivery status shown on each product's page to know the confirmed delivery time for that product.

Usually customs duties are applied once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We don’t have control over these charges and we cannot inform you in advance what the cost is, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
