Stockholm - Sweden
Livsdal was founded by Andreas and Tobias Murray in 2014, with the aim of creating the most effective and well-designed solution to a worsening global issue – air pollution.
Livsdal – which means “valley of life” – is the name of the idyllic village in the Swedish countryside where the Murray brothers spent their summers on a family farm. These values of healthy living, instilled at childhood, continue to inform their company ethos: access to clean air for all.
Livsdal air purifiers are proudly engineered, designed and manufactured in Sweden. The aesthetic, which draws on the 19th-century Swedish Empire style, was conceived in collaboration with Stockholm-based studio MP12. With an exterior crafted by artisans out of natural materials including wood and stone, the purifier is equipped with filters sourced from Camfil, suppliers to international entities including nuclear power plants.
